About Entrepreneurship Development Cell

Objective:

Imparting the significance of entrepreneurship through novelty and creativity among students and faculty to promote them as entrepreneur for a remarkable change in their career.

To create awareness about entrepreneurship conception amid the budding engineering students.
To be acquainted with and persuade the latent technocrats to explore their knowledge to become first-rate entrepreneurs.
To guide the entrepreneurs to have an unswerving and thriving future.
To impart a culture of innovation-driven entrepreneurship through appropriate infrastructure facility.

4.	28.09.2019	Motivational programme to promote entrepreneurship culture for all first year students. Dr. M. Vasan, AVVM Sri Pushpam College, Poondi was the resource person.
5.	28.03.2019	A motivational and awareness programme on entrepreneurship for ED Cell members by Mr. R. Rajasekar, Proprietor, V3 Technologies, Thanjavur.
6.	22.02.2019	Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme. Mr. G. Raveendran, General Manager, DIC, Thanjavur was the guest.
7.	12.09.2017	Awareness Programme on subsidy and loan facilities by commercial banks. Mr. Raveendran, AGM, State Bank of India, Thanjavur delivered the lecture.
8.	19.08.2017	Motivational and awareness programme on entrepreneurship for ED Cell members. Mr. A. Adarsh Mittal, Field Coordinator, EDI Hub, SASTRA University delivered the lecture.
9.	28.02.2016	"Secret of My Success" – Mr. Amirthaganesh, MD, Armada Industrial Automation, Thanjavur shared his entrepreneurial journey.
10.	29.07.2015	How to prepare a project proposal – Lecture by General Manager, DIC, Thanjavur.
11.	12.02.2015	How to avail bank loans to start a new business – Lecture by Branch Manager, IOB, North Main Street, Thanjavur.
12.	19.08.2014	Role of Government in Motivating Young Entrepreneurs – Session by Mr. Devaraj, GM, District Industries Centre, Pudukkottai.
