Alumni Association
Our Alumni association is registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamilnadu Act 27 of 1975) in the name of “Kings Munnaal Manavargal Sangam “ on 19th November, 2007.
Mission :
The KINGS Alumni Association aims to connect the alumni to the institution, develop synergistic plans to support the institution and achieve its vision by adding value to all its stakeholders.
Vision :
To set the standards of excellence in engineering education and high quality research in Science and technology.

The Alumni Association organizes the following activities throughout the year:
- Publishing and distributing Annual Newsletter.
- Technical seminars and Guest lecturers (Alumni as Resource person)
- Family get together, sports events like cricket, table tennis competitions and alumni musical evening.
- Maintains a corpus fund for meeting emergency expenses.
- Support and awards to the student’s community with Alumni Award for Academic Improvement.
- Alumni Award for Community Service.
- Maintains a website and provides a platform for interaction among the alumni community.
- Interacting and providing support to various Chapters in India and abroad.
- Updating and maintaining the data base of alumni.
Goals and Objectives :
- To establish and maintain an alumni association structure – board, chapters, batch representatives that will enable the smooth governance of the association.
- Central, regional and local alumni associations.
- Small informal group meetings of alumni.
- Maintaining an active alumni headquarters on the College campus.
- Organizing reunions at the College campus or at other places.
- Celebrations in alumni centres.
- To further the social, literary and cultural interests of the alumni and alumnae through the publication of articles, through functions and meetings of the associations, and in other ways.
To promote the interests of Kings College of Engineering by the following activities:
- Fostering and keeping alive loyalty to the College and a continuing concern for its welfare.
- Raising funds and securing gifts for the College for special or general purposes.
- Communication with the authorities of the College on matters of mutual interests.
- To support the institute with resources that will need for its various activities.
- To strengthen ties between the Institute and alumni and encourage them to participate in various cultural and social activities.
- To promote and foster mutually beneficial interaction between the Alumni and the present students of the KCE and between Alumni themselves.
- To institute prizes for outstanding project work, research papers or other professional activities by the students of the institute and also to recognize outstanding social and community service by the Alumni and the students.

Project Club
Contributing novel ideas and innovations that empower advancements in engineering profession, Project club was inaugurated on 23.01.2020 for the EEE students.
Objectives:
- To allow graduates to make judgment-based decisions with confidence.
- To identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems through innovative ideas.
- To design and undertake or conduct an independent research.
- To develop students' knowledge for solving technical problems through structured project research study that produces competent and sound engineering skills.

Electronics Club
The prime aim of this club is not only to provide a strong emphasis in Practical Electronics but also to provide fun in learning and to help students understand the seemingly incomprehensible electronic gadgets in the world today. It also assists students in developing their own devices in an innovative way.
Objectives:
- To bring the students out of their syllabi-bound shells and expose them pragmatically to the field.
- To explain the concepts of electronics, circuit design, and hardware analysis and help them to gain knowledge.
- To provide a platform for students to work on their innovative ideas.
- To provide resources and the technical know-how to realize and shape their projects.
- To expose students to the latest technological advancements in electronics.
- To organize various discussions on emerging trends in electronics.

Science and Technology Club
Science and technology club was started in the year 2019 with the main objective of leading students to a stage where they can do as many projects and researches as possible.
Objectives:
