So, Kings College provides a floodlit Basketball court, a wooden floored Indoor Shuttle court, Volleyball, Tennis and Ball badminton courts, a full size Cricket ground with top end kits, Football and Hockey play areas and a Table tennis room to explore and develop the sporting skills of our students.

NCC
INTRODUCTION:
The National Cadet Corps is the Indian military cadet corps with its head Quarters at New Delhi. It is open to school and college students on voluntary basis. The National Cadet Corps in India is a voluntary organization which recruits cadets from high schools, colleges and Universities all over India. The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades. The officers and cadets have no liability for active military service once they complete their course but are given preference over normal candidates during selections based on the achievements in the corps.
Aim of NCC:
To develop qualities of character, courage, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and the ideals of selfless service among the youth to make them useful citizen. To create a human resource of organized trained and motivated youth to provide leadership in all walks of life including the Armed Forces and be always available for the service of the nation.
KCE had incorporated NCC A2 FLIGHT on 2011 consisting of 50 cadets and guided by Associate NCC officer (A.N.O) Dr.B.Baran Kumar who motivates consistently the cadets to understand the values and philosophy of NCC.

Kings educational philosophy has always been to prepare its students for life and leadership. Red Ribbon Club - RRC
RRC is a movement by the Government of India in educational Institutions through which students will be making awareness of AIDS. Through RRC, the youthful learners are encouraged to safe and healthy lifestyles.
Establishment
The RRC was established in our College in the Academic year 2005-06 as per the order of Government of Tamilnadu.
Role of the Red Ribbon Club
- Educate youth with correct, concise, and adequate information and heighten their level of awareness about HIV/AIDS, STIs, sexuality, and other related issues—thus eliminating myths and misconceptions.
- Enable youth, especially female students, to identify and understand situations of exploitation and abuse.
- Sensitize the youth regarding the care and support needs of people living with HIV & AIDS (PLWHA) and instill in them the spirit of helping and supporting them, reducing stigma and discrimination.
- Increase youths’ access to healthcare services related to STIs, HIV/AIDS, and drug use.
- Create linkages between youth and governmental, non-governmental agencies, and CBOs to encourage safer and more responsible health behavior.
- Organize and facilitate voluntary blood donation camps and mobilize youth for voluntary blood donation.
- Create among the youth a cadre of peer educators who will promote positive health behavior and ensure the sustainability of the club.
Objectives of RRC
- Vibrancy of Youth: Tap the vibrancy of youth and channelize their energy in a positive direction.
- Sex & Sexuality, HIV/AIDS & STI: Provide access to correct information on sexuality, HIV/AIDS, STIs, and other youth-related issues in an enabling environment to promote healthy lifestyles.
- Peer Education: Develop a cadre of peer educators among youth.
- Voluntary Blood Donation: Promote voluntary, non-remunerated blood donation.
Youth Red Cross- YRC
Youth Red Cross was established in Kings College of Engineering in 2006. Our college YRC is known for its humanitarian commitment. It supports Humanitarian services to the fellow human being in Health related services to the community through Voluntary Service. YRC also provides training to develop leadership quality and overall personality improvement of the students by organizing and participating in the activities of YRC.
Major focus of YRC
- Protection of Health & Life: Encourage habits and practices that safeguard individual and community well-being.
- Service to the Sick & Suffering: Promote compassion and voluntary service towards those in need of care and support.
- Promotion of National & International Friendship: Develop the mental and moral capacities of youth by fostering unity, peace, and mutual respect across communities and nations.

The overall function of the YRC Advisory Committee at the college level is to advise on the various activities of YRC unit based on the immediate and urgent needs of the students and the community. The Committee meets regularly at least four times a year.

Objectives Of Citizen Consumer Club:
Our vision of markets in India, where consumers are careful and vigilant while manufacturers are responsible and ethical, guides us. The objectives of our mission would be:
- To make awareness and realization on duties and responsibilities as Citizens of India.
- To spread awareness on the rights and responsibilities of Citizens and Consumers as provided in the Constitution of India, Consumer Protection Act, 1986, and other Indian Laws.
- To enable children, students, and self-help groups to work together as a team with local communities and develop into caring, responsible, and honest citizens.
- To mobilize and instill right-consciousness, confidence to question violations of citizen and consumer rights, and fight for justice.
- To impart knowledge about real-life situations and enable skills to handle citizen and consumer issues.
- To instill concern for the environment around us as citizens and consumers and promote sustainable consumption habits.

ECO Club
ECO Club was inaugurated during the academic year 2010-11. The core aim of the ECO club is to make students more responsible towards the existing natural resources and to preserve its elegance intact so as to pass on this wonderful planet in the same way it was given to us by our ancestors.
Vision:
To make the students, a responsible care taker of the place where we live in by educating the need for conserving the natural resources.
Objectives:
- To promote activities which make students understand the importance of biodiversity conservation for healthy well-being.
- To avoid plastic pollution on the Earth.
